Planning Compliances
The Planning and Development (Amendment) Act 2018 (Commencement) Order 2021 (SI 714 of 2021) brought section 23(4) of the Planning and Development (Amendment) Act 2018 into operation on 17 December 2021, the details of this legislation are available to view at the following link:

Any compliance submission received by the Planning Authority after 17th December 2021, in respect of a condition(s) attached to a planning permission which requires the written agreement of the Planning Authority will be subject to a time limit of 8 weeks for its consideration.
Where possible compliance submissions should be submitted in soft copy format and emailed to the planning compliance section at planningcompliances@DLRCOCO.IE
Four hard copy submissions should be forwarded to:

Dun Laoghaire Rathdown County Council,
Marine Road,
Dun Laoghaire.
Following receipt, an acknowledgement letter will issue detailing the date the submission was received by the Planning Authority and the assigned reference number and when necessary will include a request for additional copies of same to be provided.
Decisions made on compliance submissions received will be based on the content of the original submission only.
