Appealing a Planning Decision

Any decision made can be appealed by the Applicant or a person who has made a valid submission on a planning application, to An Coimisiún Pleanála within 4 weeks of the decision date.

All appeals against decisions of the Planning Authority and all correspondence in relation to new and existing appeals should be addressed to:
