Proposed Amendment No. 11 Cherrywood Town Centre and Environs Review

This Amendment, including all the Proposed Material Alterations/Modifications was approved by Resolution at a Special Meeting of dlr County Council on 4 June 2026 

The purpose of this review was to update the approved Cherrywood SDZ Planning Scheme 2014 (as amended) to ensure an appropriate mix, quantum and phasing of uses in this area to secure a balance of employment, commercial, retail, residential, community and social uses.
