Official Complaints

All official complaints can be directed to our Complaints Officer, County Hall, Marine Road, Dún Laoghaire, Co Dublin. Please click here for our official complaint procedures.

We provide a liaison role to the Ombudsman. The Ombudsman may be contacted here. We have produced an internal complaints procedure, the implementation of which should reduce the need for some complaints being referred to the Ombudsman's office.
