Taking in charge (Road Services Letters)
If you require a letter confirming whether or not the roads abutting a site are maintained by Dún Laoghaire-Rathdown County Council (Taken in charge Cert), you have three options. Please note we are moving to a new www.MyCoCo.ie digital TIC request platform over the coming 12 months. This new digitised service will improve user experience and TIC letter processing times from 10 working days to 3-5 working days.
Please use one of the following options:
- Create a solicitor account on www.mycoco.ie and follow the step-by-step guide in documents area below. Payment of €125.00 can be made as part of the MyCoCo digital application process. This reduces processing periods for MyCoCo TIC requests to 3-5 working days from 10 working days (old paper based /email requests).
