Calling All Creative Primary School Students! Anti-Dog Fouling Poster Competition 2026

It’s time to get drawing! Our Dún Laoghaire–Rathdown Dog Poo Poster Competition is now open and we want your best, boldest designs to help remind everyone to pick up after their dogs.

💡 Did you know one dog poo can:
⚠️ Pollute a tennis court–sized area of the sea
⚠️ Make our pavements smelly, dirty, and unsafe
⚠️ Make kids, adults and even other dogs sick

Let’s work together for cleaner, safer streets and seafronts!

📅 Applications close: 20 March 2026
🏫Open to: All primary schools in the county (One submission per class)
🏆Prizes and certificates to be won
🗑️Winning posters will appear on Big Belly Bins across the county!
