Culture Night 2022 at dlr LexIcon – One Night for All
dlr Arts Office is delighted to present Culture Night 2022 at dlr LexIcon, Dún Laoghaire on Friday, 23rd of September!
There are loads of events all under one roof including concerts, an exhibition, street theatre, workshops, a LEGO display and storytelling. Everything is free and there is no need to book, bring all the family for a great evening out!
Councillor Mary Hanafin, Cathaoirleach of Dún Laoghaire-Rathdown County Council, said:
We are thrilled to have such a jam-packed Culture Night featuring a great variety of events in our wonderful dlr LexIcon and best of all everything is free.
Highlights include a high energy performance by The ODD Trio, playing popular classics, tangos and gypsy jazz, and hot new jazz and world music collective Stolen Chicken.
The dlr Municipal Gallery features ‘Altered Ground’, an exhibition of new work by Dianne Whyte which showcases her beautiful experimental photographs of Cherrywood, Lehaunstown, Carrickmines and Sandyford.

dlr is delighted to host such a wealth of talent on Culture Night, we’re particularly pleased to welcome the dlr Musicians in Residence for what promises to be a fantastic selection of concerts showcasing the work they created during their residencies.
Culture Night in dlr LexIcon is programmed by the Arts Office, Dún Laoghaire-Rathdown County Council in association with Artscope. Part of this programme is funded by the Local Live Performance Scheme operated by the Department of Tourism, Culture, Arts, Gaeltacht, Sport and Media.
