Status Yellow – Rain for Dublin
12 noon to 6pm, Thursday 5 March

Blustery rain is expected, with up to 12mm of rainfall over six hours in the Dún Laoghaire-Rathdown Area. 

 

Our teams are carrying out preventative checks at key flooding hotspots, monitoring real‑time water‑level screens, inspecting drainage systems, and ensuring gullies and vulnerable locations are cleared.

 

Possible impacts:

 

  • Difficult or hazardous travel conditions
  • Reduced visibility
  • Localised surface water
