Public Consultations Now Open: Proposed Taking in Charge of Proby Place and Oatlands Manor.

We are inviting residents and interested parties to take part in two public consultations on the proposed Taking in Charge of the following residential areas:

• Proby Place, Blackrock
• Oatlands Manor, Mount Merrion 

Taking an estate “in charge” means we would assume responsibility for the ongoing maintenance and upkeep of public areas within the development. This includes essential services such as:

• Repairing and maintaining street lighting
• Sweeping and maintaining roads
• Upkeep of public drains and surface water systems
• General day‑to‑day maintenance of shared public spaces

These works help ensure that neighborhood's remain safe, clean and well maintained for residents and visitors.

We encourage everyone living in, or connected to, these areas to share their views.
