Temporary Closure of Thornhill Road

Dun Laoghaire Rathdown County Council has approved an application from Ward and Burke Construction to temporarily close Thornhill Road, Old Connaught, Bray from entrance of St. Gerard’s Catholic School to Wicklow County Council border from Monday 8th January, 2024 to Friday 12th January, 2024. 

A Traffic Management Plan will be in operation and pedestrian and local access will be maintained at all times.  Diversion routes will be clearly signposted.   

   

The purpose of the closure is to repair watermains as part of the Old Connaught Woodbrook contract on behalf of Uisce Éireann.
