Temporary Closure of Murphy's Lane, Shankill

I refer to Section 75 of the roads Act, 1993.

Dun Laoghaire Rathdown County Council has approved an application from Secto Services Ltd to temporarily close Murphy’s Lane, Shankill from its junction at Barnaslingan Lane to its junction at Puck’s Castle Lane. The proposed closure will run from Monday, 25th September 2023 to Saturday, 30th September 2023 between 08:00 hours and 17:00 hours each day.

A Traffic Management Plan will be in operation and pedestrian and local access will be maintained at all times. Diversion routes will be clearly signposted.  

The purpose of the closure is to replace an existing telegraphic pole on behalf of Eir.
