Major Road Infrastructure Project - GDDR Opening Today

The Glenamuck District Distributor Road (GDDR) will be fully open to traffic by lunchtime today (19 June), following final checks and the morning rush hour.

⚠️ Please note:  

🔹 This is a staged opening until the full scheme is complete.
🔹 Delays expected near the new T-junction near DLSP FC towards the Golden Ball during peak hours.
🔹 The ITS team will monitor traffic and adjust signals as needed.
🔹 A road closure on Glenamuck Road begins today, with a diversion in place for the L26 bus (see image above)
