Local Enhancement Programme: Apply Now for Funding

Community groups across Dún Laoghaire-Rathdown are set to benefit from the Local Enhancement Programme (LEP), a national initiative providing vital funding to support local projects and facilities. Funded by the Department of Rural and Community Development and the Gaeltacht, and administered locally by the Local Community Development Committee (LCDC), the programme targets areas impacted by disadvantage, ensuring resources go where they are needed most. The allocation to Dún Laoghaire-Rathdown County Council is €203,922.40.

The LEP complements other frontline schemes and will enable groups to carry out essential repairs, purchase equipment such as tables, chairs, laptops, printers, and even outdoor items like lawnmowers and canopies. Larger projects aimed at addressing disadvantage can also be funded.
