Information Session: Public Consultation on the Proposed development of 359 apartments at Woodbrook DART Gateway, Shankill

Join us for an information evening on the upcoming Part 8 consultation on the proposed development of 359 apartments at Woodbrook DART Gateway, Shankill.

This will take place in Dún Laoghaire- Rathdown County Hall building, Assembly Room from 5pm - 7.30pm Wednesday 24 June 2026.

This includes:

• A mixture of 1 bed, 2 bed and 3 bed units
• 2,540 sqm of communal resident space
• Ground level facilities including parking, bin and bulk storage, and an ESB substation
• Bus and taxi turning areas
• Landscaping works including tree planting, green roofs, internal roads and footpaths
• All associated infrastructure, including water services and drainage

The consultation will go live on Friday 26 June and will close on Friday 24 July 2026.
