Have Your Say on a Proposed Rates Relief Scheme for Vacant Properties

Dún Laoghaire-Rathdown County Council is asking for your views on a proposed scheme that could reduce commercial rates for vacant properties in 2027.

The Council is considering introducing this scheme and wants to hear from businesses, property owners, residents and anyone else who may be affected. We are particularly interested in your views on how the scheme could impact businesses, individuals and local authority services.

You can make a submission until 24 August 2026.
