Have Your Say On Public Consultation

Consultation for Multi Sports Active Hub and Teen Space, one at Morren Park, Sandyford, and one at Clifden Park, Shankill has opened on the dlr Citizens Space consultation Hub.

Dún Laoghaire-Rathdown County Council is planning upgrades at:

  • Moreen Park, Sandyford : We propose refurbishing the mini astro pitch and improving facilities for teenagers at the existing courts. The dlr Play Policy 2023–2028 highlights the need for a dedicated Teen Space in this area. We’re inviting the Moreen community and stakeholders to share their ideas by completing the questionnaire linked below.

  • Clifden Park, Shankill: Plans include adding small play and teen elements to encourage activity and social interaction, along with additional tree planting to enhance the park’s natural environment.

Your feedback is vital in shaping these projects. Please take part in the online survey on the dlr Citizens Space Consultation Hub and let us know what you’d like to see in your local community.

The survey is open from Jan 6 2026 and will close on Feb 6 2026
