Extension of Temporary Closure of Ferndale Road

dlr have approved an application to extend the temporary closure of Ferndale Road from Thornhill Road/Old Connaught Avenue junction to Allies River Road junction to Thursday the 30th of November, 2023. The closure will only commence when the works on Thornhill Road have been completed.

A Traffic Management Plan will be in operation and pedestrian and local access will be maintained at all times. Diversion routes will be clearly signposted. 

 The purpose of the closure is installation of Ferndale Road culvert replacement for Uisce Éireann.
