The Wild Postcard Project - Artwork Competition for Children & Teens

General News
Public Notices

Here is an amazing competition for kids and teens (ages 5-18) across the Ireland to create artworks that show off our biodiversity. So why not get going and start looking at what biodiversity there is in your own area of Dún Laoghaire-Rathdown from birds to ladybirds, from trees to bees, from fish to starfish, from wild flowers to wild meadows, and don't forget our prickly friend the hedgehog or that other 'hedgehog' in the sea!

And to help you get started and get loads of ideas, take a look at our online DLR Biodiversity Tour (and to find that 'hedgehog' in the sea!) to see what biodiversity from our county that you can put in your artwork:

The competition deadline is the 24th of June

Good luck!
