Recommencement of Killiney Beach Enhancement Works

Killiney Beach Enhancement Works are expected to recommence next week on Monday, 8th March 2021, and estimated to take 2 weeks to complete Phase 1 of the works.

The footpath and grass area will be closed to pedestrians from the beach carpark to the DART station carpark. There will be restricted access at the bridge at DART station carpark as it is needed for a site machinery access route.

Working hours will be from 9am to 6pm.

Contractors will ideally be looking to commence Phase 3 when these works are complete, with Phase 2 works – Strathmore Road to beach carpark - not expected to commence until minimum early 2022.
