General News
Public Notices

IRONMAN 70.3 Dún Laoghaire is Ireland's biggest triathlon in 2019 attracting athletes from all over Ireland and around the globe.

The race which takes place on Sunday, 25th August, features a 1.2 mile swim from Sandycove, home to the famous Martello Tower, in the clear waters of the Irish Sea in Dublin Bay, before taking athletes on a spectacular and challenging 56 mile bike course through some of the most scenic areas in the region.  Athletes will then enjoy the stunning coastal views as they weave through the streets on their 13.1 mile run before finishing at Dún Laoghaire Harbour.

As always in an event this calibre and size there will be some associated temporary road closures.  Local access will be maintained at all times, where possible, and diversion routes clearly sign-posted.
