Dún Laoghaire-Rathdown County Council Launches Heritage Plan
The new Dún Laoghaire-Rathdown County Heritage Plan was launched today by An Cathaoirleach, Cllr Lettie McCarthy and Chief Executive, Frank Curran.
The plan will steer the heritage work of dlrcc for the next five years. It focuses on the interaction of people and place through time, sets out how we will care for what we want to hand on to the next generation and inspire connections with local heritage. The plan provides a framework for collaboration with partners and the support of community heritage activity.
The plan’s vision and seven areas of focus emerged from a six month engagement process involving many groups and individuals with an interest in heritage right across the county.
