Dun Laoghaire-Rathdown County Council has prepared a Draft Masterplan for Bullock and Sandycove Harbours.  The Masterplan is intended as a non- statutory guide to the potential future use and enhancement of these Harbours, as well as providing context and guidance to influence the future function and operation of both places.
 
 
A copy of the Draft Masterplan will be available for inspection from Monday to Friday (excluding Bank Holidays) from Tuesday, 9th July 2019 to Monday, 19 August 2019 inclusive, at the following locations:
  • County Hall, Dún Laoghaire from 9am to 5pm
  • Council Offices, Dundrum Office Park, Dundrum from 9.30am to 12.30pm and 1.30pm to 4.30pm
  • All branches of dlr Libraries during library opening hours

Submissions and observations on the Draft Masterplan may be made in one of the following ways:

All submissions and observations in respect of the Draft Bullock and Sandycove Harbours Masterplan 2019 made to Dún Laoghaire-Rathdown County Council within the above time period will be taken into consideration by the Council.
