Proposed Temporary Closure of Mount Merrion Avenue - Night Works

Dún Laoghaire Rathdown County Council has received an application from Roadstone on behalf of Transport Infrastructure Ireland to temporarily close Mount Merrion Avenue from the junction with Rock Road to the junction with Cross Avenue.

It is proposed that the closure take place between 7:30PM and 5:30AM from Monday 21^st March 2022 to Sunday 3^rd April 2022. The purpose of the closure is to facilitate plaining and line marking works. These works will take place at night because of high traffic volumes during the day.

A traffic management plan will be in operation and local access will be maintained at all times. Diversion routes will be clearly signposted.
