Proposed Temporary Closure of Blackthorn Drive, Sandyford, Dublin 18

Dún Laoghaire-Rathdown County Council has received an application from GMc Utilities./Irish Water , GMc House, Millennium Business Park, Cappagh Road, Finglas, Dublin 11 to temporarily close Blackthorn Drive, Sandyford, Dublin 18, from the Blackthorn Drive / Blackglen Avenue junction to the Blackthorn Drive / Benildus Avenue junction. The closure is to take place from Saturday, 2^nd July 2022, to Tuesday, 5^th July 2022.

A traffic management plan will be in operation and local and pedestrian access will be maintained at all times. Diversion routes will be clearly signposted.

The purpose of the closure is to facilitate a sewer connection.

Any interested parties may lodge an objection in writing with the Senior Engineer, Traffic & Road Safety Section, County Hall, Marine Road, Dún Laoghaire not later than noon on Tuesday, 21st June 2022.
