Tailte ireland

The Property Registration Authority, the Valuation Office, and Ordnance Survey Ireland have merged to become a new organisation called Tailte Éireann. This is a new State agency that will manage and develop Ireland’s land, property, and location data.

Tailte Éireann provides a comprehensive and secure property title registration system, a professional State Valuation service, and an authoritative national mapping and surveying infrastructure. Business will continue as usual while Tailte Éireann is being established. Customers
can continue to use existing channels for all registration, valuation, and surveying services.
