Climbing prohibited at Dalkey Quarry

Dún Laoghaire-Rathdown County Council has prohibited rock climbing activities at Dalkey Quarry. This decision has been taken as a precautionary measure pending the completion of a comprehensive safety assessment at the site. The safety of the public remains our highest priority. We will continue to liaise closely with Mountaineering Ireland and will provide updates on our website and socials when they are available.
