Homes we are delivering through our Build Programme

Housing for All is a Housing Plan for Ireland and sets out the government’s ambition to increase the provision of social housing.  There is an emphasis on new-build by Local Authorities in order to ensure that housing is available for individuals and families who are in need of housing support. We are actively working towards this objective through the construction of new homes under the Build programme. Some of the schemes under development include:

A developer of a residential development of 10 or more homes needs to comply with our Housing Strategy. This is in line with the act. 

An agreement needs to be reached with us, unless the developer has applied for and been granted an exemption certificate under the act.
