Landscape
Gellencullen is a rural village just south of Sandyford and just north of the Wicklow border on the R116. Nestled in the picturesque Wicklow mountains and surrounded by farm land it has one main road running through it with a working church as well as an old ruined church, graveyard, a pub, school, 9-hole golf course, and 18-hole pitch and put course.
The buildings consist of traditional Irish cottages as well as some modern buildings including the local GAA club hall. Which is attached to a full sized Gaelic football pitch.
