Consumption of Intoxicating Liquor in Public Spaces Bye Laws 2003
Intoxicating Liquor Bye Laws under the Local Government Act 1994 came into effect on 12th June, 2003.
The Bye Laws prohibit the consumption of intoxicating liquor on roads and in public places within the County of Dún Laoghaire Rathdown.
