The Sound of Belonging offers a welcoming space where you can pause, reconnect and experience the restorative benefits of meditation, immersive sound and shared soothing wellbeing rituals. 

As part of DLR Festival of Inclusion, the DLR Social Prescribing Programme for Health & Wellbeing, Creative DLR and Layla from Soothe & Restore invite you to celebrate connection, wellbeing and the simple power of coming together with this relaxing Libraries & Community Creative Café Workshop.
