The public office hours at Dean’s Grange Cemetery are:

Monday – Friday: 10.00a.m. – 1.00p.m. And 2.15p.m. – 4.00p.m.

 

Cemetery Visiting Hours
10.00a.m. - 4.30p.m. Each day of the week
Car access is restricted in the last half hour of opening times 

There are no crematoriums run by Dun Laoghaire Rathdown County Council.  However, cremated remains may be buried in either Deansgrange or Shanganagh Cemeteries. There are three options available.

 

  • You can have the deceased's body cremated and the Cremated Remains buried in a family plot in Dean’s Grange or Shanganagh cemetery.
  • Cremated Remains can  be buried in a cremation plot, which is available in Shanganagh cemetery.
  • Cremated Remains can also be placed in the Columbarium Wall in Dean's Grange Cemetery.
