Bridge construction – Well advanced with bridge deck completed.
Road construction – Footpath and cycle track kerb in place and ready for bituminous layer installation
The works include generally the construction of approximately 360m of new road as the extension of Druid’s Glen Road Phase One and a new 3 span bridge crossing of Cabinteely stream with an overall span of 42m. The works will also include new access points from the new road to service future development lands.
The key objective is vehicular and pedestrian access to Cherrywood SDZ.
Clonmel Enterprises Ltd. was appointed and started on site on the 25th of September 2023 with project completion in Q2 2024.
