Folk Music for Well-being with Ruairí O’Shea in St. Joseph’s Dementia Care Home, Shankill 

These sessions, free to the public, are an opportunity to gather in community around old folksongs and traditional music. If you feel like singing along, you can enjoy the heart medicine of group singing. But there's no pressure! if you prefer to join by just sitting in and absorbing, you'll find yourself most welcome. Led by local folk musician Ruairí O’Shea.
