Cé go stóráiltear iarratais in ord na ndátaí ar a bhfuarthas iad, ní gá go dtugtar spás don chéad díoltóir eile ar an liosta. Nuair a bhíonn folúntas ann sa mhargadh, breathnóidh an bainisteoir margaidh ar gach iarratas ar an liosta feithimh agus roghnóidh sé nó sí an táirge is fearr a oireann don fholúntas.

Is ionann ár gcritéir roghnúcháin agus treoir do na bainisteoirí margaí:-

Critéir neamh-bhia

  • Earraí ceardaíochta lámhdhéanta a chur chun cinn
  • Earraí ceardaíochta a dhéantar go háitiúil a chur chun cinn
  • Ealaíontóirí áitiúla a chur chun cinn
  • Earraí atá neamhdhíobhálach don chomhshaol a chur chun cinn
  • Earraí a bhfuil éagsúlach eitneach ag baint leo a chur chun cinn

Cé gurb ionann na critéir seo agus treoir do na bainisteoirí margaí, is féidir go roghnófar táirgí nua nach bhfuil de réir na gcritéar má mheastar go gcuirfidh na custaiméirí spéis iontu agus go gcuirfidh siad leis na táirgí atá á ndíol cheana féin.

Conas a aistrítear uaigh?

Más maith leat úinéireacht uaighe a aistriú, ní mór go dtabharfaidh úinéir na huaighe cead i scríbhinn. Caithfidh siad litir a scríobh agus a shíniú ina gcuirtear in iúl:

  1. Uimhir na huaighe
  2. Ainm agus seoladh an duine a n-aistreofar an uaigh chuige
  3. Go dtuigeann siad go bhfuil siad ag scaoileadh gach ceart adhlactha don uaigh luaite
  4. Tá táille €65 + CBL @23%, Costas Iomlán €79.95 as an aistriú.

Má tá úinéir na huaighe marbh, caithfidh an duine ar mian leis/léi an uaigh a ghlacadh foirm Dearbhaithe Sannacháin Díorthaigh a shíniú os comhair feidhmeannach síochána. Ta an fhoirm seo ar fáil ón oifig i nGráinseach an Déin. Féadfar go mbeidh litreacha ó neasghaol an úinéara de dhíth freisin ina gcuirfear in iúl nach bhfuil sé/sí i gcoinne an aistrithe, ach amháin má tá uacht ann ina gcuirtear a mhalairt in iúl. Sa chás sin, bíonn an uaigh mar chuid d’iarmhar an eastáit mura luaitear go sonrach í.

Did the Council financially benefit from Revaluation?

As outlined in the previous paragraph the Valuation Act 2001 provides that the rates income collectible by a Council in the year immediately following revaluation cannot exceed the previous year’s rates income other than by the increase attributable to inflation. If the Council had adopted an ARV allowed for under the legislation the ARV in 2011 would have been €.0174.

However, Members adopted an ARV of €0.170, 2.3% less than that permissible under the legislation. Furthermore, the Council has suffered a significant financial loss attributable to the Re-Valuation process arising from the necessity to make provision for any potential losses arising from appeals to the Valuation Office/Valuation Tribunal in 2011. It can therefore be seen that the Council did not benefit in any financial manner from the Re-Valuation process and in actuality Re-Valuation has resulted in a very significant negative impact on the Council’s finances.
