Need some help with the basics of browsing the internet, sending emails or using library online services?

The staff at Stillorgan Library are here to help! Book an appointment with a member of library staff to troubleshoot the issue with you in a one-to-one half-hour session.

You will need to provide a brief description of the IT help you are looking for, and you will be asked to bring along the device you are using e.g. smartphone, tablet, laptop.

Sessions are limited to one per person.
