Nature journaling reflects on your relationship with nature: the sky, sea, trees, plants, birds, animals and insects.

In this workshop you will discover how spending time in Nature deepens your awareness of the beauty which surrounds you, bringing inner stillness, awe and wonder. Tips on how to develop the practice of journaling will be provided.

No previous skills are needed in writing or drawing, and materials are supplied on the day, so why not try it? Bring an open mind and a sense of adventure.
