Join us for a truly unique, hands-on experience in nature!

We’re inviting volunteers (limited to 15 people per day) to help create a beautiful

LIVE WILLOW fence and tunnel inside a children’s playground in the park.

This is a fantastic opportunity to:

• Learn traditional hand-weaving techniques from skilled experts
• Contribute to an exciting, nature-based play feature for children
• Enjoy a creative, outdoor, community activity

No charge
No prior experience needed – just enthusiasm
All materials provided
Volunteers must be 12 years and over

Please note:

• Volunteers must register in advance by 5pm on the 1st of February 2026
• When registering, please indicate which date you are interested in
• Volunteers interested in attending two days should rank their preferred day, as availability will depend on numbers
• Volunteers should bring their own lunch and refreshments, dress warmly and wear gloves.
