Our annual Dún Laoghaire-Rathdown Festival of Inclusion provides an opportunity to celebrate the great work being undertaken at a local level to involve and include everybody in our county.
Social Inclusion is about creating a fair and inclusive society. It is about ensuring that people are encouraged to participate in all aspects of social, cultural, economic and political life. Social Inclusion is also about supporting people who may be disadvantaged or marginalised. The Festival of Inclusion is a great opportunity to highlight the work taking place in Dún Laoghaire-Rathdown that aims to improve the quality of life for all residents living in the county.
It has taken the collaboration of many organisations to make this successful, and we acknowledge the work of the steering committee.
