dlr Yarnspinners Storytelling Circle is aimed at gathering people together who are interested in listening to and sharing stories. Pull up a chair by our virtual fireplace and a professional storyteller will share their stories, then open the floor to those who have their own stories to tell. No pressure to tell, all listeners are welcome! 

This September we welcome Sorcha Hegarty.

Sorcha Hegarty is a Cork native who has explored many corners of the world. In 2014, Sorcha co-founded storytelling performance company Candlelit Tales with her brother, Aron, bringing the stories of Irish mythology to life in an accessible way. The company has grown enormously over the past ten years, launching the Candlelit Tales Podcast in 2018. Scorch has worked on storytelling in live performances, theatrical shows, visual spectacles, Virtual Reality and Augmented Reality pieces, collaborative improvisation, and everywhere else she can find a story waiting.
