As part of the Festival of Inclusion, this Yoga with Balinese touch session offers an opportunity for the Indonesian Irish Association and Filipino Multicultural Society to engage with the local community and visitors.

Attendees will enjoy a wellness-focused experience that promotes mindfulness, health, and cultural connection. The event encourages participation, learning, and inclusivity while showcasing the collaborative spirit of Southeast Asian communities in Ireland.
