We are delighted to partner with Lisa Redmond of Active Academy for these intermediate level fitness taster sessions for adults, suitable for anyone who has completed a series of Active Movement classes or who would like to challenge themselves further.  These are functional fitness classes designed to help with everyday life and suitable for all abilities.  All exercises can be modified and performed at your own level.  Booking is essential.
