We’re Hiring: Building Inspector / Clerk of Works

We are looking for Building Inspectors/Clerks of Works to help oversee the quality and safety of construction and maintenance projects.

In this role, you will:
• Supervise construction and maintenance works carried out by the Council and contractors
• Make sure projects meet building regulations, environmental standards and other legal requirements
• Monitor the quality of work on projects being built, planned or already in use.

Successful candidates will start in either the Architects Department or Corporate Affairs Department, but a panel will be created to fill future roles across the organisation.
