Kilbogget Park Running Track & Pitch

The current 1970s grit 400m running track will be converted to a modern running surface, which will be available for public and club use. This involves the installation of new kerbs and sub-base, drainage, macadam layers and a polymeric surface. A new long and triple jump facility is also being installed. The football pitch in the centre area of the running track will have extensive drainage works carried out together with a complete resurfacing with high quality turf to make the pitch playable all year around. 

Final works to the running track are scheduled for completion in Q2 2024 (subject to favourable weather conditions) with the pitch being ready for play in September/October of 2024.
