is a new Local Authority initiative to provide Local Authority services online and can be accessed through the webpage. The initiative is now being rolled out by Dún Laoghaire Rathdown County Council on a phased basis to our Commercial Rates Customers.


Once registered you can use;

  • Pay your rates bill online,
  • View your rates account online,
  • Download statements and payment receipts 


The initial launch will be rolled out on an invite only basis to a limited number of Commercial Rates Customers, circa 400 accounts.

Step 1  Go to and scroll to payment section.

Step 2  Scroll down to Payments and click on Register Account button. 

Step 3  Select Dún Laoghaire Rathdown County Council from the dropdown and enter your customer number and PIN to begin the registration process.

  • At the end of the registration process you will receive a temporary password to your email.

Please enter this password manually (do not copy & paste) to login and create a new password.

Once you have completed the registration process, it may take up to 24 hours to activate your account. Following activation, making online payments and viewing transaction history will be available.
