The Council will be holding an Affordable Housing Information Evening on Wednesday, November 15th. The event will take place in the Royal Marine Hotel in Dún Laoghaire and will run from 4pm - 8pm.

The event will be hosted by dlr staff who will be available to provide information on the following housing schemes/initiatives:

• Affordable Purchase Scheme
• Cost Rental Scheme
• House Purchase Loans and Mortgages
• Help to Buy Scheme
• First Home Scheme
• Vacant Property Refurbishment Grant (Croí Cónaithe)
• Repair and Leasing Scheme
• Buy and Renew scheme

This event is free to attend however we would ask people to register in advance.
