Artist Jane Groves invites children and their grown-ups to take part in a playful creative workshop which draws on our local landscape as inspiration. Investigate colour, texture and kinetic energy. Make a beautiful windmill to add to our installation or to take home.
Jane has been working with the incredible children of My Project and Springboard Family Support Service to investigate our landscape through, paint and clay, printing, foraging, making maps, staining our hands green and dancing with umbrellas. These workshops are inspired by the children’s creativity. Jane is the recipient of the Cruinniú na nÓg Commission 2025.
