Dún Laoghaire Rathdown are delighted to partner up Monica Strina - to bring you Outdoor Yoga for adults.  This is a come and try yoga session outdoors 11.00am -12.00 pm 5th of July 2023. We will use the green space between The Irish Lights Building and the Royal Yacht Club in Dún Laoghaire. This class is designed to take people through a full body yoga routine from a seated or standing position. The exercises executed throughout this programme will help to improve strength, balance and energy levels.
