Intercultural Training Coordinator with the Immigrant Council of Ireland, Kensika Monshengwo will introduce participants to Intercultural Competency and Anti-Racism Awareness.

The Introduction to Intercultural & Anti-Racism Awareness training covers the following topics:

•             Culture and cultural perceptions;

•             Unconscious biases;

•             Inter group power dynamics;

•             Racism & Anti-Racism;

•             How to report Racism.

Approach and Methodology

The webinar will be in presentation style for circa 45 mins followed by a Question & Answers Session and the workshop is a safe and non-judgmental platform and all are welcome to attend.
