Each year Dún Laoghaire-Rathdown County Council opens a grant funding scheme for the following year, known as the dlr Grants Scheme. It provides funding to individuals, groups and organisations engaged in projects, events or initiatives at a neighbourhood or County level within our area, with a particular emphasis on supporting locally driven and grass roots initiatives. The scheme aims to assist those projects that promote growth and development in community-based initiatives,
