The scheme is comprised of twelve 2-bed houses and is located in part of the former Council depot at Georges Place Dún Laoghaire. Planning approval for the scheme was obtained in 2016 and it was tendered as a rapid build contract to an established framework of contractors. The Council is looking forward to working with Sisks in the delivery of these much needed dwellings
